Professional Experience
Kenneth Seligson serves of counsel to California United Law Group, P.C., where he focuses exclusively on litigating wage and hour class actions and representative actions under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). With a decade of legal experience and a strong litigation background, Kenneth brings strategic insight and technical precision to complex employment cases involving employee misclassification, off-the-clock work, unpaid overtime, and violations of California’s meal and rest break requirements.
Kenneth has successfully represented employees across California, holding employers accountable for systemic Labor Code violations through both class actions and PAGA enforcement mechanisms.

Kenneth holds a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and earned his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law.

Outside of litigation, Kenneth enjoys snowboarding, practicing yoga, and spending time in the mountains.
