Professional Experience and Accomplishments:
Jennifer Clingo serves of counsel to California United Law Group, P.C. on wrongful termination employment actions arising under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and wage theft claims pursuant to the California Labor Code.
Jennifer has a proven record of successfully representing California employees throughout her 25-year legal career. She specializes in cases involving disabilities and serious medical conditions, as well as representing employees subjected to workplace sexual harassment, assault, and discrimination. With an extensive knowledge of California and federal employment law, Jennifer routinely handles complex employment actions through nuanced and exhaustive legal representation.
Jennifer has successfully litigated employment cases in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative hearings throughout California and Oregon. Her experience has resulted in recovery through settlement and awards for hundreds ofclients.
