Professional Experience and Accomplishments:
Since 2017, Gerardo Sosa has dedicated his career to helping California employees enforce their legal rights. He has successfully represented clients of all backgrounds against employers ranging from multinational conglomerates to local businesses. Gerardo has extensive experience litigating cases in California state courts, in all of California’s federal district courts, and in arbitration, resulting in the recovery of millions of dollars for his clients.
Gerardo focuses his practice on aggressively litigating single-plaintiff wrongful termination and FEHA lawsuits, as well as class action and PAGA cases affecting thousands of aggrieved employees across the state of California. He is well-versed in the procedural nuances of California labor and employment law, ensuring that his clients’ rights are protected at all stages of litigation—in any forum.
Whether confronting a former employer with incriminating evidence at a deposition, analyzing years of payroll records to build wage claims, or presenting persuasive arguments in court, Gerardo works tirelessly to ensure his clients have a voice when and where it matters most.
Education:
Gerardo received his Juris Doctor from University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he earned the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Los Angeles.

Outside of work, Gerardo enjoys spending time with his family, building computers, and experimenting with new cooking recipes.
